Mr. Chan Tze Chin gradated from Queen Mary, University of London in the United Kingdom with major in law and politics. Upon returning to Hong Kong, Mr. Chan embarked his career as solicitor. He is interested in looking into policy issues related to law, health care and elderly welfare in Hong Kong.

Mr. Chan is a director of Vice Entertainment (a club business) and Figure Fitness and Balance. He holds various position of public service such as Legal Advisor to Hong Kong Bar & Club Association and Standing Committee Member of Hong Kong Shanxi Chamber of Commerce. He also actively serves the legal profession by holding the offices of Chairman of the Club House Committee, Member of Public the Policy Committee and of the Member Benefit Committee in Hong Kong Law Society.
